What you'll do
- Provide B2C customer support for private customers, handling inbound calls;
- Assist customers with device issues, subscription problems, billing inquiries, and more;
- Deliver an excellent customer experience by being emphatetic, understanding, and helpful;
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and promote relevant products or services;
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, ensuring each customer feels valued and supported.
What you'll need
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German (C2);
- Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred;
- Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Energetic, proactive, and sales-oriented mindset;
- Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.
