You’ll play a key role in guiding your team to consistently deliver high-quality results, maintain operational efficiency, and support business objectives — all while helping to protect users from harmful or misleading online content.
What you'll do
- Lead and motivate a team of Content Reviewers focused on identifying and escalating harmful or misleading online content related to current affairs, politics, and global events;
- Monitor team performance and ensure daily targets are achieved, particularly the completion of logs and timely responses to emerging world events;
- Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members to improve quality, productivity, and adherence to guidelines;
- Manage dynamic workflows including Tactical Intel reviews and keyword evaluations;
- Stay informed on socio-political, historical, and cultural developments in the assigned market to help your team generate insightful and context-aware content assessments;
- Track and report on team metrics and performance, contributing to ongoing process improvements.
What you'll need
- Fluency in English (minimum C1 level) for clear communication with both your team and stakeholders;
- Previous experience managing and leading teams, preferably in a content moderation, trust & safety, or digital operations environment;
- Strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities, with a focus on finding solutions that benefit the team and company;
- Excellent analytical and reasoning skills, enabling you to make informed decisions and drive team success;
- A team player mentality, with the ability to motivate, support, and guide your team to achieve their best;
- Strong understanding of current affairs, political dynamics, and cultural contexts of your assigned market;
- JUMP Certification for Supervisor completed (internal candidates only).
