What you'll do

  • Customer contact via live chat, phone, E-mails, web forms or Social Media 1:1);
  • Manage consumer requests relating to Information and complaints;
  • Provide excellent solutions, and service;
  • Provide product and beauty advice in a professional, precise and timely manner;
  • ECOM advice (questions related to returns, deliveries or refunds);
  • Care advice (questions related to products, product alternatives or product specifics);
  • Database maintenance (questions related to GDPR, unsubscribing from newsletters, data breaches);
  • HRC (registration of reports about health-related conditions).

What you'll need

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Greek (C2);
  • Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy & high focus on customer satisfaction;
  • Customer orientation, problem solving skills, teamwork;
  • Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective; 
  • Availability to work on shifts;
  • Prior experience in Cosmetics and Luxury sector is a plus;
  • Knowledge and experience with digital and social media.
