What you'll do

• Provide support to Content Creators/Influencers across Social Media regarding Subscription Management, Account Management, Technical Troubleshooting, and the use of Marketing tools.
• Do outbound phone calls as necessary to improve communication and troubleshooting issues with Users.
• Offer product and tool support to enhance clients’ experience.
• Identify trends and resolving issues encountered by users.

What you'll need

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Italian (C2);
• Exceptional knowledge of English (minimum C1);
• Empathic and helpful;
• Soft-skills for de-escalating situations when needed;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.
