What you'll do
- Provide Multilingual technical support consultation services to users through various channels such as phone, online, and email;
- Provide users professional technical solutions and capable of conducting technical knowledge output and training;
- Handle customer complaints and comfort customer’s emotions, establish good communication with users, and enhance user experience;
- Collect and analyze user feedback to optimize existing products and service processes;
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals.
What you'll need
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Italian (C2);
- Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
- Experience in Technical Support;
- Excellent communication and good argumentation skills;
- Ability to solve technical issues creatively;
- Dynamic and enthusiastic about technology.
