What you can expect
Do you see yourself as a motivated person, able to multitask, manage financial information and help others by being a point of contact between multiple stakeholders? Then you can be the payroll trainee we’re looking for!
What you'll do
- Perform validations before and after the payroll process;
- Answer employees’ queries and escalate them to the senior element, as needed;
- Follow procedures and process workflows;
- Participate and contribute to the pro-active review and implementation of process improvements;
- Work collaboratively with multiple teams throughout the organization.
What you'll need
- Degree in Human Resources, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance or related fields (preferable);
- Good knowledge of labor law and payroll experience (preferable);
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (minimum B2);
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook);
- Able to manage several administrative tasks;
- Fast learning and analytical ability.
