Because we know the importance of training and career progression, we created several development initiatives to provide our employees the opportunity to grow professionally.
Teleperformance Academy is a place that inspires: to learn, to teach, to grow. It is a project exclusively designed for training experiences. These initiatives take places in our Learning Hub – 12 rooms, divided by 3 ﬂoors, equipped with new technology and one of them with a speciﬁc itouch system. These are environments designed to inspire and facilitate the transmission of knowledge and to stimulate the employee.
The main goal of our Jump! Program is to prepare employees to become leaders: from agents to supervisors, from supervisors to coordinators and, ﬁnally, from coordinators to managers.
The JUMP! program is based on a training program that oﬀers technical and behavior training, as well as personal development plans. With JUMP!, candidates go through an assessment and speciﬁc training that provides them with the necessary skills to continue their professional growth
LeAP is a leader acceleration program, focused on providing training in management skills with the aim of launching candidates to the management world. We focus on the future, so the goal of the program is, as we said earlier, to send you to the world of management, to be one step ahead. In order to do so, we ﬁnd great talent at Portuguese universities and develop that talent into future leaders at Teleperformance Portugal. We search and focus on candidates with strong skills, mainly in team management.
