What you can expect

As a Customer Service Representative for Microsoft, your main mission is to be responsible for being the first point of contact for partner queries while delivering a world-class engagement experience and resolving their issues efficiently.

What you'll do

  • Provide the necessary help to assist customers with their queries, through phone and email;
  • Make an effort to regained customer’s confidence in the brand;
  • Provide recommendations to engage with customer’s needs;
  • Management of changes, adjustments, complaints and any other customer concerns.

What you'll need

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Italian (C2);
  • Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
  • Be emphatic and helpful; 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
  • Sales / Technical skills;
  • Soft-skills for de-escalating situations when needed;
  • Fast learner capacity;
  • Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.
