• Provide reactive phone, email and chat support services with emphasis on troubleshooting and efficient issue resolution;
• Create a meaningful rapport with key decision makers in the marketing industry and serve as a consultant for their online advertising strategy;
• Understand the business goals of your clients in order to match the required online advertisement solutions;
• Provide strategic campaign support to educate your clients;
• Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.

What you'll need

• Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Experience in Technical Support;
• Customer oriented with strong decision-making skills;
• Excellent communication and good argumentation skills;
• Ability to solve technical issues creatively;
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
