The HR Business Partner play a pivotal role in managing and implementing HR Priorities in Business Operations. Covering culture, people, and organization with a deep understanding of business strategy, consulting and coaching contributing to the company’s vision and mission. What you'll do

  • Point of contact for the assigned projects or areas for all HR-related matters;
  • Provides guidance to business leaders to promote engagement, increase productivity and retention, strengthen working relationships, implement the optimal organizational structure, support a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion;
  • Manages employee relations issues, diagnoses root causes, and identifies appropriate interventions. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations;
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions);
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

What you'll need

  • Master’s degree required in HR, Business Administration, Law or similar;
  • Portuguese speaker with excellent level of English – minimum C1;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the role as HRBP or similar HR Role on a multinational environment;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
  • Proven success in delivering a high quality work product requiring a high level of attention to detail in the most complex situations;
  • Analytical Ability, strong communication, interpersonal skills.
