What you can expect

As a Customer Service Representative, you assist users with operational questions regarding vehicle-related services. You handle inbound calls and emails on topics such as maintenance, repairs, appointments, fuel cards, and documentation. You also manage outbound calls to organize appointments and ensure efficient service. By identifying common issues and process gaps, you contribute suggestions to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

  • You are responsible for assisting business mobility users with operational questions about the use of products;
  • You are responsible for the quality and service level;
  • Incoming Call Handling: Supportive calls around usage of vehicles, e.g., for maintenance, repair, bodywork and glazing appointments, fuel cards, documentation;
  • You identify common questions and gaps in processes and make improvement suggestions;
  • Processing incoming emails: From drivers of lease vehicles and answering supportive inquiries around usage of vehicles, e.g., for maintenance, repair, bodywork and glazing appointments, fuel cards, documentation;
  • Outbound Call Handling: Appointment organization calls.

What you'll need

  • Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Dutch;
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 Level);
  • Teamwork is key to achieving shared goals;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
  • Adapt quickly in a dynamic, digital environment;
  • Experience in Customer Service (preferred).
