Recently, the company has expanded its offer, besides the traditional cigarettes a new type of smokeless cigarette device aiming to provide a new solution for their customers.

What you'll do

  • As a Customer Service Representative for Tobacco Industry, you’ll do customer support via telephone and email;
  • Effective support for questions, regarding the use and maintenance of the iQOS device;
  • Provision of technical support, regarding the device or the iQOS website;
  • Providing information and possible troubleshooting.

What you'll need

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch;
  • Moderate English skills (B2 level);
  • Demonstrates sympathy and empathy;
  • As a Customer Service Representative for Tobacco Industry, you’ll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Team spirit;

 

  • Flexibility and resilience;
  • Fast learning capacity;
  • Experience in telephone customer service / call center environment (preferred).
