What you can expect

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front-line communication and provide excellent support to clients and visitors. The ideal candidate is well-organized, polite, and fluent in both Portuguese and English, with strong communication and multitasking skills. 

What you'll do

  • Handle all front desk duties including welcoming visitors, contractors, and employees upon arrival in a professional and courteous manner;
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and live chats, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to clients, visitors, and internal teams;
  • Provide accurate information to clients, visitors, and internal teams;
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve basic issues or escalate when necessary;
  • Process access requests received through the official request channel and ensure timely execution and response;
  • Support administrative and coordination tasks as assigned;
  • Always ensure a positive and professional customer experience.

What you'll need

  • Native in Portuguese and fluent in English (spoken and written);
  • Proven experience in receptionist, customer service, or administrative support is preferred; 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good multitasking and time management abilities;
  • Comfortable using communication tools, CRM systems, and basic office software;
  • Professional, polite, and customer-oriented attitude.
