What you can expect
As a Content Reviewer for Incident Investigation, you will be responsible for the day-today management of potentially sensitive internet content, ensuring a quality experience for millions of internet users. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant and direct impact on the quality of our client’s social media and advertising products. You will be accountable for maintaining optimal quality and productivity levels.
What you'll do
- Synthesizing multidimensional information and data sources clearly and concisely for different audiences;
- Investigating, analyzing, and reporting on identified trends,related to crises, geopolitical events, and user harm;
- Documenting all data and research procedures;
- Working with management to prioritize business and information needs;
- Evaluating, analyzing, and conceptualizing strategic risks and threats to trust in Google;
- Identifying emerging trends and forecasting new forms of abuse;
- Translating how global developments could potentially adversely impact Google’s users.
What you'll need
- Native Polish speaker;
- Fluency in English (minimum B2);
- Degree in Political Science, International Studies/Relations, History or Anthropology (preferred);
- Strong knowledge and interest in Politics (news, political parties, elections, international relations, historical and sociocultural context, etc.) and current events;
- Experience with research / investigation;
- Experience navigating internet websites including social media, news, articles, etc.
