What you'll do
- Digital Marketing & Technical Support;
- Resolving technical issues;
- Troubleshooting of the advertising platform in a B2B environment;
- Defining solutions to clients and adapt existing processes to find alternative solutions;
- Using basic coding and debugging skills for problem analysis;
- Understand clients business goals and support them through a chat system, providing solutions in a timely fashion;
- Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.
What you'll need
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in French;
- Fluency in English, written and spoken (minimum B2);
- Experience in Digital Marketing (required);
- Technical background (education and/or work experience);
- Professional communication skills as a Digital Marketing & Technical Support;
- Analytic mindset.
