What you can expect
We are looking for an operations manager that will manage a team of Team Leaders of customer service in the Tobacco industry.
The operations manager (ACM) will be responsible for the motivation, training, and development of the team and helping them coach their Customer Service Representatives. The ACM reports to the Account Manager/ CCM and interacts with the corporate client to report the team’s results.

What you'll do
- Manage a team of Team Leaders, work on their development and provide them with training and support;
- Analyze and report main results and KPIs to the CCM and to the client;
- Identify potential risks and opportunities of improvement;
- Ensure the correct implementation of the standard processes and procedures.
What you'll need
- Native/near native German speakers;
- Fluency in English (B2 minimum);
- Solid experience managing teams, including Team Leaders;
- Strong experience of people management, development and coaching;
- Experience in the banking sector is a plus;
- Availability to work in a Hybrid model.
