What you can expect
Are you a leader passionate about the cosmetics Industry? Do you have previous experience managing teams in a customer service environment, ensuring that they deliver the best service possible? Then, you are our new supervisor for this project!
What you'll do
- Managing and motivating the team monitoring and evaluation;
- Responsible for the development of each individual, to be accountable for the quality, productivity and attendance of the team;
- Proactively maintain and deliver the required service levels to maximize the productivity in the team to ensure the desired operational margin;
- Ensuring the accomplishment of the Key Performance Indicators;
- Developing action plans for continuous improvement.
What you'll need
- Native written and verbal communication skills in Spanish;
- Good level of English Level minimum B2 (mandatory);
- Interest, passion and solid experience managing Teams (minimum 2 years);
- Availability for variable shifts;
- Experience in Beauty/cosmetics Industry (desirable);
- Experience in contact center and customer service (is a plus);
- Learn fast, agile and adaptable skills;
- Curious and sharp analytical mindset.
