Are you passionate about training and developing others?
As a Trainer at TP Portugal, you’ll play a key role in welcoming new team members and guiding them through their initial training. You’ll support their growth by monitoring performance, identifying development needs, and delivering engaging, ongoing training plans.

What you'll do
- Identify training needs;
- Prepare and develop training material;
- Provide training regarding hard and soft skills, initial and ongoing;
- Analyze trainees results;
- Contribute to the success of the project, improving the knowledge and skills of the content moderators.
What you'll need
- Fluency in English (C1 level);
- Fluency in Portuguese or other language is a plus;
- Experience in customer or technical support (mandatory);
- JUMP Certification for trainer completed (internal candidates only);
- Experience as a Trainer (preferred);
