What you'll do

• Perform and verify the implementation of web-based products with customers;
• Give guidance, support, and train customers on how to use the products;
• Deliver high quality service to your customers, exceeding client expectations and quality scoring measures;
• Provide optimal advice regarding different queries of the business clients;
• Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on first contact resolution.

What you'll need

• Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Experience in Technical Support;
• Customer oriented with strong decision-making skills;
• Excellent communication and good argumentation skills;
• Ability to solve technical issues creatively;
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
