Our Client

Our client is an American multinational technology company that specializes in Internet-related services and products, which include a search engine, online advertising technologies, cloud computing, software, and hardware.

What you'll do

• Process requests coming from law enforcement entities (e.g. Police, law firms) related to user data;
• Back-office tasks, without direct contact to customers;
• Process, analyze, and interpret the language of the requests;
• Be invested in our client’s mission, in quality, and in user data rights;
• Work towards achieving goals as set by the customer and internal.

What you'll need

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C2);
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience;
• Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain high quality on repetitive tasks and detailed workflows;
• Excellent reading comprehension skills and comfort acting independently to follow detailed workflows and escalate when necessary;
• 6 months to 2 years of data entry experience, operations, or low-level legal work experience;
• Ability and willingness to work on data entry tasks;
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of internal stakeholders;
• Professionalism, humility, and confidentiality;
• Comfortable working in a tech environment.
