What you'll do

  • Manage and support a team of Customer Service Representatives;
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure service quality and compliance;
  • Act as an escalation point for complex cases;
  • Train, motivate, and develop team members;
  • Contribute to operational improvements and client objectives.

What you'll need

  • Fluent Polish (C2) and strong English skills (minimum B2);
  • Proven experience in customer service and team supervision;
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities;
  • Strong organizational and decision‑making skills;
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and operational systems;
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
