Preparing for a job interview can be an intimidating task. But there are some tips you can keep in mind in order to make the most of it.
Prepare yourself
Preparing for a job interview is not an exam. But you should do your homework. The first and most important thing is researching the company. By doing this you will be much more comfortable during the interview and you will also show that you have an interest. The interviewer will acknowledge your efforts and will look at that with a positive mindset. After all, they want someone committed.

And they will spend the rest of the time trying to confirm that first impression.
Preparing for a job interview is also a task of creating empathy. You should be clear about being respectful of your employers. Do not speak negatively about your previous job. If anything, just say there were some things that didn’t go that well, but they are internal affairs you will refrain from sharing.

Finally, finish the interview showing you keep your interest. Ask if there is something else you should do and when can you expect some feedback. The interviewer should have the feeling you keep the motivation for the future.
