What is the Refer a Friend?
Also known as RAF, Refer a Friend is an internal program our employees can use to recommend friends and family members to work with us. It is a simple way to help someone close to you in finding the next job opportunity.

For every successful contract signing, you will receive a bonus and the candidates you recommend get a job and become part of the TP community. It’s a great way to support our colleagues and contribute to the growth of our team.
How does it work?
There are two ways for you to submit your recommendation from any device:
- With RAF Share Link, you can generate a personal referral link and share it with your friend, who can submit their application directly from your link.
- Access TP’s Employee Portal > Refer a Friend, check the available campaigns and enter the candidate’s details.
