O Nosso Cliente

O Cartão Universo reúne os cartões de fidelização e pagamento das insígnias Sonae num único cartão MasterCard sem anuidade, oferecendo liberdade total para escolher, em cada compra, como e quando pagar. Para além do Cartão Universo, estão também disponíveis os Seguros Universo e o Financiamento Universo.

O que irás fazer

  • Garantir a prestação de informação ao cliente via telefone, Messenger e e-mail, respeitando os procedimentos;
  • Garantir a resposta a pedidos de cliente, cumprindo os processos e procedimentos;
  • Contribuir para os KPI’s quantitativos e qualitativos da equipa;
  • Gerir os pedidos do cliente em ligação com os restantes departamentos envolvidos, sempre que necessário;
  • Receber as reclamações de clientes e garantir que as mesmas são encaminhadas e tratadas com os departamentos relevantes;
  • Manter o cliente informado do progresso de situações em tratamento/desenvolvimento;
  • Garantir os SLA’s de tratamento.

O que irás precisar

  • Habilitações literárias mínimas: 12º ano de escolaridade;
  • Experiência profissional em Contact Center no setor bancário (preferencial);
  • Bons conhecimentos de inglês (mín. B2);
  • Excelente capacidade de comunicação e argumentação;
  • Orientação para o cliente e para a qualidade;
  • Sentido de responsabilidade;
  • Seriedade e profissionalismo;
  • Boa destreza a nível informático.
