Our Client

Cartão Universo combines the loyalty and payment cards of the Sonae brands into a single MasterCard with no annual fee, offering complete freedom to choose how and when to pay for each purchase. In addition, Universo also provides Insurance and Financing.

What you'll do

  • Provide customer information and support via telephone, Messenger, and email;
  • Respond to customer requests while following defined processes and procedures;
  • Contribute to the team’s quantitative and qualitative KPIs;
  • Manage customer requests in coordination with other relevant departments whenever necessary;
  • Receive customer complaints and ensure they are forwarded to and handled by the appropriate departments;
  • Keep customers updated about the progress of ongoing cases and issue resolution;
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

What you'll need

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese (C2);
  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level);
  • Minimum academic qualifications: 12th grade;
  • Previous experience in a Contact Center within the banking sector (preferred);
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills;
  • Strong customer service and quality focus;
  • Sense of responsibility;
  • Professionalism and integrity;
  • Good computer literacy and IT skills.
