Teleperformance Portugal was named Great Place to Work for the 10th time. The award recognizes the company’s efforts to create the best working conditions for its employees.
A decade of Great Place to Work. This was the milestone Teleperfomance has just surpassed, following the designation in another edition of the awards given annually by the Great Place to Work Institute. The prestigious entity has honored TP with this distinction for 10 times now.
Being a Great Place to Work implies that companies show evidence of their active policies on employee satisfaction and on creating the best conditions for them to perform their professional duties. Teleperformance has been a “regular customer” in this ceremony and was once again recognized with the Institute’s award.
The classification, among other parameters, takes into account aspects such as the working conditions and quality of the facilities, the opportunities for personal development and career progression within the employees, inclusion, diversity, recognition or social and corporate responsibility.
Teleperformance’s policies have been recognized for many years and this was again the case for the 2020 edition. It is with great pride that the company once again receives the trophy, promising to continue to be “title candidate” in the coming years. This is already part of the company’s DNA and we work every day to make it happen.
It should be remembered that Teleperformance, also considered the Portuguese fastest growing company in the last years, brings together more than 10,000 employees of 95 nationalities, providing services in 35 languages for the biggest national and international brands.
