MEPT 2019: Teleperformance wins

Teleperformance won the Best Company to Work for in its sector.

MEPT Awards 2019: Teleperformance Portugal has just been distinguished by Exame Magazine as the Best Company in the Sector of Administrative Activities and Support Services. The award was announced yesterday, October 29th, in a ceremony in which it was also known that Teleperformance was ranked 14th in the general ranking, which elected the Best Companies to Work For in Portugal.

The MEPT (Best Companies to Work For) awards are an annual initiative of Exame Magazine, with the partnership of the consultancy firm Everis and AESE Business School: “One of the objectives of this study, more than identifying a good company to work for, is to recognize good companies for people and society”, clarified the entities.

The study consists of a “multidimensional analysis that combines the measurement of the global index of employee satisfaction with the degree of responsible action of the company towards society”, added the organization of the MEPT Awards.

Teleperformance adds another award to its external recognition portfolio. In a company with more than 10,000 employees and 95 nationalities, a prize of this nature is particularly relevant, confirming the correctness of the policies implemented and the real satisfaction of the employees.

This distinction adds to others already achieved by the company in 2019, namely within the Great Place to Work Institute, which classified Teleperformance as Best Workplace and also awarded the company with the prize for young talent attraction.

In the coming months, the results of some more international contests will be known, for which Teleperformance is very optimistic.
