Teleperformance Best of 2019. Another fantastic year for the company, during which this family continued to grow at a fast pace.
Teleperformance best of 2019: It was a year full of innovation and strong development, in which we added more and prestigious clients to our impressive portfolio and kept the continuous improvement on infrastructures and employee benefits.
During this period, we had over 700 internal career progressions, reached a total of 95 nationalities and surpassed 10,000 employees. There were over one hundred TP Club events and a total of 3600 internal training hours.
The official opening of TP Nations, the strengthening of operations at TP Douro and the creation of the TP Open Learning Hub are also highlights that confirm our continued investment.
Awards and Recognitions
All this has resulted in external recognition. The Great Place to Work Institute has once again distinguished us as Best Workplace and this year added the award for Best Company for Young Talent Attraction.
We also won the Longevity Award in the Expresso Economia awards, recognizing the sustained growth in Teleperformance in the last ten years. Additionally, Revista Exame has named us the best professional services provider in the 500 largest and best Portuguese companies ranking and awarded us the first place in the MEPT awards, in the Administrative Activities and Support Services category.
After such a successful 2019, we can only anticipate an even better 2020. We will continue to innovate and solidify the new positioning, which makes Teleperformance one of the leading international players in integrated digital solutions.
We promise to be simpler, faster and safer in a high tech high touch environment, that is, heavily investing on innovation and technology, but never forgetting the human factor as a decisive perk of empathy in customer interaction.
