I´m Filipa Pereira, and I choose to focus my professional path in contact center careers. I am a Customer Service Representative and I came to work for Teleperformance because it allows me to have a flexible schedule with my main activity. This would be the answer that I would give if I was questioned about the reason for coming to work for Teleperformance 6 years ago. At the moment I am a Quality & Training Manager and for some years now to work in Teleperformance has become my main professional activity.
Without failing to mention the commitment and dedication that every day we give to this “family”, I think that part of my path at Teleperformance was a combination of the right moments. I started a training course, that would end up being canceled, and I was then integrated in a training course for a project in the area of banking in Setúbal, where even today I still remember what the Trainer told me when we changed projects – “We will still be colleagues in training!”, it could not be more true!
At Teleperformance contact center careers can be promising! After working for around 5 months as a Customer Service Representative and having been introduced to the world of sales, and have learned a lot of things that I still use today on a daily basis, I applied to a Trainer position. I took on the task of Dedicated Trainer in a project, where I stayed for about 2 years and I then went on to a position of Trainer of Customer Acquisition in which I worked directly with various projects, mainly sales. My current role would appear in 2015 with the passing of the Quality & Training teams to operations, I am now responsible for Quality & Trainers for Customer Acquisition.

To answer the question: Why do I feel special working in the Teleperformance team? The answer is that actually, by working as a team, this team! The conducting wires of this team extend through several departments in which there is always someone available to help, share and promote a teamwork environment.
To know that we will always find someone with a smile that helps us see the positive side and to face the challenges with enthusiasm, to know that the TP family will be here. To know that every day Teleperformance is a challenge to our creativity, an incentive to our commitment, that is what we need to feel special. To feel at home.
