What you can expect

As a Digital Sales Specialist for Microsoft, you will operate as an early-to-mid funnel accelerator supporting the EMEA region.

What you'll do

• Create new pipeline and net-new revenue opportunities within top-priority focus accounts;
• Work digital signals and intent-based leads, including those surfaced via strategic selling motions or AI-assisted prospecting tools;
• Qualify potential opportunities strictly adhering to BANT standards: Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline;
• Accelerate pipeline from an uncommitted to a committed status and prepare clean hand-offs for the closure team; 
• Build new customer relationships, structure discovery conversations, and successfully identify customer needs; 
• Maintain excellent CRM hygiene with highly accurate opportunity updates, milestones, and activity tracking; 
• Support early-funnel stages 1 to 3, with a primary focus on prospecting, discovery, qualification, and opportunity creation.

What you'll need

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Italian;
• Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
• Experience in Sales and Technical Support (preferred);
• Excellent communication and good argumentation skills;
• Dynamic and enthusiastic about technology;
• Aiming to be part of Microsoft’s mission and passionate about helping customers.
