What you can expect

The Presales Analyst plays a critical role in strengthening the effectiveness, consistency, and scalability of the Presales function. This role sits at the intersection of data analytics, quality assurance, and enablement, ensuring Presales Specialists perform at a high standard while continuously improving their technical, commercial, and storytelling capabilities.

The Presales Analyst is responsible for digging into Presales activity and performance data, producing actionable reports and insights, evaluating the quality of Presales outputs (e.g., discovery, solution design, proposals, demos), and driving targeted training and improvement initiatives based on objective evidence.

This role is highly analytical, operationally focused, and impact‑driven, supporting Presales leadership with fact‑based recommendations to improve win rates, consistency, and value articulation.

What you'll do

  • Analyze and consolidate Presales data from CRM, pipeline, and bid management tools.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports on Presales performance and opportunity support.
  • Monitor win/loss trends, conversion rates, and Presales effectiveness.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to Presales and Sales leadership.
  • Assess quality of Presales deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements and internal standards.
  • Conduct structured quality reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through training, playbooks, and standardized assets.
  • Collaborate with Presales Managers, Sales Enablement, and Sales Leadership on priorities and KPIs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across CRM and related systems.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven workflow improvements.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Presales, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Quality, or Enablement roles.
  • Fluent English (C1–C2) – mandatory. Additional European languages are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in CRM, Excel, and BI tools.
  • Ability to assess quality and provide constructive, improvement-focused feedback.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
