What you can expect

With a focus on building a rich pipeline of opportunities, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) leverages various channels such as cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other prospecting tools to identify and engage potential clients. The SDR is responsible for conducting thorough research to target ideal customer profiles, crafting personalized outreach messages, and prequalifying leads by understanding their needs and pain points. By nurturing relationships and coordinating initial meetings, the SDR plays a critical role in driving the early stages of the sales process and ensuring a seamless handoff to the account executives.

What you'll do

  • Research and identify target companies and decision-makers based on the ideal customer profile (ICP);
  • Build and maintain a list of potential leads using tools like LinkedIn, sales prospecting platforms (e.g., Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo), and CRM databases;
  • Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages;
  • Follow up consistently with leads who don’t respond initially, utilizing multi-channel communication strategies;
  • Nurture prospects by providing relevant resources (e.g., case studies, whitepapers) to build interest;
  • Schedule discovery calls or meetings between the prospect and the sales team;
  • Track and report key metrics such as response rates, conversion rates, and meetings scheduled;
  • Understand the prospect’s business challenges and goals to position the company’s solution effectively;
  • Work closely with account executives and the broader sales team to align on strategies and handoff of qualified leads;
  • Analyze the effectiveness of outreach campaigns and refine approaches based on performance metrics.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or another business related field;
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a similar client-facing role, with a focus on prospecting and lead generation;
  • Strong personal drive and ambition to succeed in a competitive environment;
  • Experience with cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to engage decision-
  • Fluent in English (C1-C2 level), with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Additional language skills in French, German, or another main European language are a plus;
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales prospecting platforms (e.g., Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo);
  • Knowledge of tracking and analyzing key outreach metrics to refine strategies and improve performance;
  • Desirable: Knowledge of BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Industry.
